4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise scheduled to be shipped at a future date. Payment for pre-ordered products will be processed at the time of purchase to secure your order. Shipping dates are estimated and subject to change. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

5. Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. Once the item is available to ship, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday) and shipped via UPS standard ground service. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the product has left our facility. Notification of lost items must be received within 14 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email. 6. Return and Refund Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 7. Warranty

Our products are provided with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
